Bio:
Arthur was found with his head stuck in six-pack yokes, stuck so badly that the plastic was cutting into his skin. Because of this and throat complications revolving around it, he was brought to Vega Star Zoo and was deemed unable to be released. He cannot eat without help from a zoo handler, now, and has grown very friendly toward humans.

Arthur is a little fluff who considers himself the king of Vega Star's penguins. He was the first penguin, and he happily teaches new penguins how to do tricks for treats. He's often considered too smart for his own good, as he's also a master escape artist and often just wanders about the zoo like he's on a morning stroll.
