"Welcome, ladies, gentlemen, and variations across the galaxy! I invite all of you to Vega-Star Zoo! The only Earth zoo beyond Earth's solar system! Witness the wonders of life on Earth in person!" yells a being standing in front of a swirling portal at an alien bazaar. Initially, you think it's a human, but that's impossible; humans aren't advanced enough to be here. "It's free to visit, with a donation box at the entrance! Please keep your hands and tendrils away from the animals, and enjoy the immersive human hologram disguises!" A few aliens of different species seem interested, walking, slithering, and hopping into the portal. At first, you may have scoffed; this wouldn't be the first time someone claimed to have Earth creatures. The last time you fell for a scam like that, you paid twenty credits to see a meep painted to look like a panda. ...However, then you realize it's free.
Maybe this is real, after all?
(Lore-wise, this zoo is run by aliens who take human disguises. Aliens and humans alike can visit the zoo and see the animals, but all aliens are required to wear human disguises, since it's technically... illegal for alien races to interact with Earth. So, they pretend that the humans there are other aliens, and that the 'disguises' are just part of some 'immersive roleplay' for the 'true human experience'.)
