The animals at Shifting Sands have been trained to lean against the offstage fence for injections, blood draws or ultrasounds and recieve a treat from the vet techs through the window. Adama is the first to rush over if anyone walks past the fence to beg for a treat (apples are more exciting than the vet is scary any day).
