The exhibit has been overrun with crazy ants! Luckily they don't do any harm to the animals, they just get into everything.

The cause: Overfeeding. The ants were attracted by leftover food the animals didn't eat.

The solution: Cutting back on food for the animals so there's nothing left to attract pests. This led to some grumbling by the animals, who took to stealing each others' food scraps. Any fruit that fell out of the (messy eater) hornbill's feeder immediately attracted attention, leaving the area a very popular spot.
