STAFF-022: "Guy" - Food Truck Worker [Staff]

Call him "Guy". Call him "food truck guy". Call him whatever you want. You probably will only get a grunt in response. He doesn't seem to be the most social person. Or at all, really. The gift shop worker doesnt seem to notice though.
