ANI-3849: Mayday

Chaotic menace who's favourite hobby is trying to cause collisions mid-air. Luckily the other owls have gotten used to this and know how to avoid her, though newer owls may have a couple close calls at first... She isn't too dangerous about it, mostly doing so nearer the ground, but still. Birds beware.
