Fizzy didn't understand what was in front of her. Her small head was poking around the weird piece of fabric that had somehow landed in her enclosure. It was a normal happy day when she heard something lightly hitting the ground outside of her lake. Curiously, she had swum out of her lake so she could inspect the weird black and green blob in front of her.

She poked her head further inside of the fabric but grimaced at the smell. It didn't smell wonderful at all...

Even though Fizzy couldn't quite see very well, she could understand that it was a piece of human fabric. And that it was in the shape of a half circle with a sharp piece sticking out the other end. And that she could stick her head inside of this half-circle opening...

Fizzy squeaked softly as she tried to stand up, except when she did the fabric still stayed on her head. Blinking, she tried to see through the fabric, but it was way too thick for her to see through.

Her round ears flicked as she could hear the human guests laughing at whatever she was doing. Well, at least someone is getting enjoyment out of this, cause she is beyond confused at this very moment. Her paws reached up to pick the fabric off of her head, and as she held it in her paws, she glanced up to see the guests were really enjoying themselves watching her. They're having more fun watching her right now than when she does her show by balancing the ball on her nose!

Her foggy gaze went back down to the fabric in her paws, then back up at the guests. Just then a bright grin appeared on her face. She placed the fabric back on her head, and even though she couldn't see a thing, she could hear the guests shrieking in delight even more.

Her chest puffed up in pride and she placed her paws on either side of her hips. That's right, she loves to bask in attention, even if she doesn't understand why. It's fun to be the center of attention like this, it's not her fault!

But that attention was short-lived when she heard her gates being opened. Shoot, someone is coming! And she has no doubt in her mind that they're gonna take this fabric away from her-

"Fizzy! How did you get ahold of that hat?! Get over here, that's not for you!"

Shoot, it's Primavera! She's definitely screwed!

"Says you! Why can't you let me keep anything that's fun!" Fizzy grumbled, but then she yelped as the centaur came charging at her.

Fizzy ran on all fours over to the lake, though that was hard given the fabric just kept wanting to wiggle around on her small head. But, once she made it to the lake, she dipped in and swam underneath the water. She knew Primavera wouldn't be able to reach her here-

Wait, where's the fabric?! Fizzy looked up and that's when she saw the black and green blob of the fabric at the water surface. Yelping, she swam towards it hoping to reach it before Primavera could-

Just as she was about to grab the fabric, she saw a hand reach for the fabric...and her scruff.

Before she knew it she was dangling in the air by her scruff. She pouted as Primavera chuckled at her disappointment.

"Sorry, Fizzy. This doesn't belong to you, it belongs to one of the guests so you can't keep it. But, how about this..." Primavera lowered Fizzy back down to the water, and she heard a chuckle as she splashed in the water slightly. "I'll buy you a new toy if you let me return this to its rightful owner. That sounds like a fair deal, won't you say?"

Fizzy thought for a moment, a new toy would be great... Maybe it will be one of those giant balls with treats inside! Those are fun to play with.

She gave another pout before she finally nodded.

"Thank you, Fizzy. You have a good heart." Primavera bent down to pat Fizzy's head before he stood up and left her enclosure.

And the moment he did...she regretted giving up that fabric. Cause now the guests were starting to leave! No! Her attention! She frantically grabbed a ball to balance on her nose, see! She's interesting! Look at her! Pay attention to her!

But...that wasn't good enough to captivate the guests. She shouldn't have given up that fabric, or hat as Prima called it, dammit...
