After the Unexpected Grand Flood, a flash flood that nearly took the lives of the Japanese otter couple, Meeko and Musa, Bridgette wandered around for animals that were in desperate need for healing and recovering.
In the flood, Musa's tail was broken by a falling tee, which Meeko worked hours after hours to free her from the tree, which in turn wounded the paralyzed otter's front paws badly, wearing them down. While Musa's tail was freed and still intact, her tail was broken badly, and needed medical assistance right then and there, so the two rushed to find some animal that could help them, some animal that has herbs to heal their ailments, some animal that could help them and other animals injured by the flood heal and recover.
Bridgette, an american pitbull terrier, who escaped a dangerous situation in her and her brother Yacco's former home, had set up camp nearby, and was out gathering herbs when she spotted the two otters, wounded and in desperate need of help.
Bridgette approached the two, and the two shared their story, Bridgette, who now wanted to build an apothecary for animals in need, took the two in to her new home and instantly gone to work on applying herbs to their wounds.
